Mitsubishi - Poetry in motion

To celebrate the UAE’s 53rd National Day, Mitsubishi set out to create a piece of content that honored both heritage and innovation, a story rooted in the past, yet written through the future.

Inspired by the ancient Arabic tradition of poetry, the project introduced a bold idea: creating the first-ever poems written by a car. Over an 744-kilometer journey across the UAE, the vehicle’s movement, data, and rhythm were transformed through A.I. into verses, turning distance, terrain, and motion into language.

While the car was writing the poetry on the road, human hands were crafting the book itself. Every page was made manually, drawing from the country’s history, textures, and cultural symbols. A parallel process unfolded: technology composing the words, craftsmanship giving them form.

The result was a one-of-a-kind book where past and future met, a celebration of the UAE’s heritage, told through innovation, movement, and poetry written in motion.
